Warranty

Bulletproof Instruments, are warranted against manufactuing defects in materials and workmanship for the limited lifetime of the instrument. While under warranty, all replaceent parts and labor will be provided without additional cost. Bulletproof Instruments there are no guarantees that the fabric will be applied without minimal flaws. Our quality control operation will mitigate any reasonable flaws prior to shipping the guitar. Material flaws are not included as part of the warranty. Other defects in finish or hardware will be replaced. Just simply return the instrument to Bulletproof Instruments, 9222 S. Princeton Street, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80130.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable (used instrument are not covered under this warranty). Should your instrument require service you must contact the Bulletproof Instrument dealer you purchased the instrument from. The dealer will determine if the instrument can be repaired at their location or if it needs to be returned to Bulletproof Instruments. The dealer must contact Bulletproof Instruments to obtain written authorization. Next, securely pack your instrument along with a copy of the original sales receipt and the written autorization notice. All delivery and transportation charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. Also, material or finish due to the natural properties of lacquer or resins comon with climatic changes. Determination of all such damage shall be by Bulletproof Instruments.

Bulletproof Instruments reserves the right to replace or repair defective instruments. In the event a duplicate part or instrument is not available, Bulletproof Instruments will replace the part or instrument with one of equal or greater value. Bulletproof Instruments is not responsible for any incidental or censequential damages resulting from any defect or failure of the instrument other than the repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the purchaser legal rights, which vary from state to state, and is in lieu of any and all other warranties or agreements either expressed or implied, except as may otherwise be required by law.

Bulletproof is a product name and does not imply any charactoristics of bulletproof material. The Guitars are not bulletproof, so be careful and do not shoot yourself!

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Any factory installed electronics and hardware after one year from the original date of purchase.
Any instrument on which the original serial number has been removed or altered.
Any instrument that has been damaged due to misuse, an accident, or negligence.
Any instrument which has not been registered at the factory within one month of purchase, or whose warranty card has been altered or includes false or incomplete information.
Normal "wear and tear", including but not limited to any discoloration, fading or damage to the original finish, or worn frets, strings, tuners, hardware and plating.
Any subjective issues such as "tone".
Any instrument that has been subjected to extremes of humidity and temperature.
Chrome or Gold plating on harware.
